Taco Bell has released a new advertising campaign that focuses on their new, health-consciousness diet drive-through menu.
Is this the end be, be all of diets? Well, no. But, it’s a step in the right direction! Taco Bell’s ‘Fresco’ items are geared towards decreasing calorie intake and the campaign cites various examples of people who have decreased their calorie intake by eating off the diet menu.
As with any diet, food alone is not enough. Exercise should be combined with healthy food to achieve optimal results. Luckily, when on a diet and craving Taco Bell, you can still fulfill you craving without feeling bad.
