Where to Eat in Los Angeles on Valentine’s Day?

With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I’m sure all of you Los Angeles residents are thinking about where to eat on the special, love-infused day. Something classy, tasty, romantic and memorable. But, the question is, where?

Being the foodie I am, I can safely (and highly) suggest Melisse restaurant in Santa Monica. I kid you not, Chef Josiah Citrin (the owner and executive chef) is a superstar. He has composed a Valentine’s Day menu for the occasion, which is sure to wipe any food lover off their feet. I have included the menu below this post.

What will the ladies love about Melisse? Their purse will have its own purple velvet stool. How cool is that. A little mini seat for the purse to rest on. And, if you choose, you could feed the purse, but that’s not something I suggest. Plus, why share the delicious food.

For reference, Melisse was ranked as one of the Top 10 Romantic Restaurants in Los Angeles by Gayot. With Los Angeles housing tens of thousands of restaurants, this really says a lot.
