Thirdly, it’s important to find a forward-thinking social media firm that plans for today, and also tomorrow. A vast majority of firms rely on published information to sculpt their approach, but what you want is a company that conducts their own research and plans for the future. It’s all about having a competitive edge, which is accomplished by being an innovator, not a follower.
