As many of my friends and family know, I’m one picky person with a personality that’s truly Type A. Given my dedication and focus, I expect a lot from others, though not everyone lives up to the challenge. Fortunately, Bandele Oguntomilade has.

When I was looking to purchase a home about 3 years ago, I decided to jump online and search for a real estate agent in Woodland Hills, CA — the neighborhood where I was originally intending to move. Since I’ve been doing Internet marketing for 10+ years I can easily sort the good, the bad, and the ugly, and figured the Internet will show me the light. I was right.

During my search I came across Bandele Oguntomilade, CEO of Bogun Realty and Luxury Homes, who I happened to find via social media channels. I commend her for taking advantage of all the Internet has to offer and, more importantly, for her expertise.

Aside from being an experienced real estate agent, I was ecstatic to hear that Ms. Oguntomilade had practiced real estate law for Fortune 500 financial institutions for 11 years. I always want to see not what someone can do, rather what they’ve done, and came to the conclusion that Bandele Oguntomilade is someone I want on my team.

After viewing 100+ homes in Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and every other possible area of Los Angeles, I finally made a decision about a year ago. Without a dedicated, focused, intelligent realtor on my side I would have never ended up where I’m at now. For that Bandele Oguntomilade is my hero.

This is a perfect example of a real estate agent with an effective marketing campaign and the expertise to back it up.
