I was just sorting through some old images/videos and noticed a bunch of fairly decent photos from Bimmerfest 2009, which took place at the Santa Barbara Polo Club this year. I have been attending the event for the past 5 years or so, and have to admit this year (2009) was better than any in the past. More vendors, larger/cooler location, and gorgeous view of the mountains.

For all who haven’t heard of Bimmerfest, it  is one of the largest BMW gatherings in the world, if not the largest, and attracts visitors from around the globe. Each year I meet people who drove hundreds if not thousands of miles to attend the event, which shows real dedication. Some actually trailer their cars cross-country to ensure their baby arrives in perfect condition.
