A few days ago I was driving back from a hike at Franklin Canyon Park in Beverly Hills and noticed the Pacific Design Center, located on San Vicente and Melrose in West Hollywood, is being worked on. What oh what can it be?

After browsing the net, it looks like Cesar Pelli’s Red Building is being polished off and will be launching soon. According to WeHo News, “the Red Building—expected to open next year—will create 1,933 new construction jobs, 2,691 permanent jobs, and bring in $735,000 in new tax revenue for WeHo.”
