When a new website begins operating, it can have huge effects on consumers, affiliates, and competitors alike. When a major computer software company seeks to revolutionize the way we use the web by creating a search engine, it’s sure to send ripples all the way to the edges of cyberspace.

Lately, I have been seeing the American Express ‘Smiley Faces’ commercial all over the place and, to be honest, I truly love it. As I have said many times before, I’m a critical person and catching my attention is very difficult (if possible). But, to my surprise, American Express kicked butt with this commercial.

Well, it looks like it has happened again. Google, the inventor of almost everything cool, has started including their Google Trend info in search engine results. For marketers and SEO professionals, this is cool to see.

First Lady Michelle Obama and the White House Executive Chef, Cristeta Comerford, starred in the Super Chef Battle of Iron Chef America, which aired tonight. I have to say — it was an excellent episode and full of top talent.
