This week, Sony announced the release of their spankin’ new “Move” motion controllers for the PlayStation game console, which will surely be a worthy competitor of the Nintendo Wii.

At the GDC 2010 conference in San Francisco, Sony stated the PS3 controllers will provide for: “a motion-based, high-definition gaming experience unlike anything on the market.” Approximately 20 games are expected to be released in 2010 that utilize the new Move controller.

Sony has already begun loading viral videos on their YouTube channel and I’m sure there will be more to come soon. Also, I anticipate a television commercial to be aired in the next 2-3 weeks. We shall see!
