While reading the article I thought to myself: What about businesses that need a face transplant? A revision of their branding and a new appearance that fits their goals as a company.
As marketing efforts shift to online mediums, companies are realizing the importance of online branding and their internet face, so to speak. Online branding plays an important role in overall marketing as, nowadays, most potential customers research products/companies online. And, more importantly, businesses should monitor their top keywords/phrases and make sure search engines are retrieving proper, relevant, branded results. By doing so, companies can ensure potential customers are seeing listings in search engines that pertain directly to their wants and needs. Ultimately, as statistics show, this will lead to increased revenue.
