If you’re as crazy and obsessed as I am, you have probably found yourself working on Internet marketing at all hours of the night (and morning). Your friends think you’re a workaholic, your pets hate you for keeping them awake, and when you really think about it, you’re in heaven.
Unlike other businesses, online marketing has no closing time and most efforts can be done at any hour of the day. Conversions don’t have to be made during standard business hours (9-5), and work for tomorrow can actually be done today (e.g. blog posts with future publishing date).
Business owners and marketing executives have 24-hours each day to utilize the Internet to their advantage, but many are falling short.
My suggestion: Instead of relaxing at home and watching a movie, write a blog post. Don’t read a newspaper, create news with a press release. Forget going to a bar, lounge around on message boards. All of these may not sound appealing and exciting, however they’re a road map to success. Your success that is.
