The other day I was sitting around talking with a few marketing buddies and popped the question: Who’s looking for two tickets to paradise? We agreed that if Eddie Money was joining us on the magical journey, we’re ready to rock and roll!

You wouldn’t want to judge a book by its cover, and judging a Twitter account by its followers is equally mindless. Believe it or not, even Twitter can be gamed.

I’ve been in the SEO business for 10+ years and have gone through dozens of SEO tools only to be let down in the end. However, after using Advanced Web Ranking’s software for the past month I’m not only impressed, but also hooked.

I’m a commercial aficionado, and not many have the power to make me laugh out loud. When I find one that does, I feel compelled to share.

Over a year ago news broke that retweets on Twitter can actually influence ranking in Google’s search engine. This is something I concluded about 3 months before it became public, and I’ve recently noticed something else that’s quite interesting.

Some things in life make absolute sense, however others are flat out bewildering. In particular, I could never understand why companies spend thousands if not millions of dollars on marketing while giving their websites the cold shoulder. Opportunities are knocking, but nobody is home.
