Growing up in Los Angeles near the old school Farmer’s Market on 3rd and Fairfax the “Valley” was always viewed as a different world, and nowadays it’s cool to see how everyone is gravitating towards the West Valley whether it be Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Woodland Hills and all of the surrounding areas.

The Brainchild Group was first launched in Beverly Hills back in 2007 and eventually moved to Calabasas around 2010, and since then it’s been crazy to see how the neighborhood changed from being a quiet town to celebrities/influencers of all types (actors, entrepreneurs, investors, YouTubers, etc.) calling Calabasas home.
