Going back to when The Brainchild Group launched in 2007 and we were headquartered in Beverly Hills the world was a different place and over time it has been interesting to see things evolve, especially after the pandemic where life became virtual in many ways.
Fast forward to today, whether a marketing agency is based in Antarctica, Beverly Hills, Dubai, NYC, etc. their physical location means little as opposed to the results they have the potential to deliver.
Looking at human behaviors, we gravitate towards solutions we either consciously or subconsciously perceive to be the best and while going down that path make decisions based on a variety of factors with location being one of them.
For example, on the surface a social media agency in Beverly Hills may appear to be the Dream Team given the location though the real proof is in the pudding: Regardless of where an agency is located will their guidance lead to actionable/quantifiable results?
After spending a lot of money on office space in Beverly Hills during the early days then expanding to Calabasas and other cities, we realized it’s not the location that matters but instead the success of solutions we deliver and making clients happy in the end.
