For nearly 20 years we have guided some of the biggest companies in the world on marketing strategies and it’s interesting how questions have shifted over time from how can we attract new people, generate more revenue, etc. to what should we be worried about now?
Outside of the marketing/sales world social media plays a much bigger role whether it’s powering insights that the biggest financial institutions use to make critical decisions or discovering potential threats that can impact them and others (schools, Fortune 500s, etc.) on a large scale.
The point is, though social media has been classically viewed as a form of marketing it’s also one of the best sources of information for identifying everything from food safety issues to gathering feedback on new movie trailers and giving studios the ability to make changes based on real-world insights, and so much more.
The world is changing rapidly and if you have questions we’re here to help.
