We’ve recently guided a few projects in Miami and as foodies wanted to touch on the social media marketing recipes we see working best for restaurants in South Florida and the surrounding areas along with projections for the future.
If this post was aimed at Michelin-starred restaurants and perfecting the dining experience we’d go into more detail, though for the purpose of solving this problem – a boiling cauldron of social media goodness along with failures in some ways – both restaurants and food brands need to get their butt in gear.
Whether looking at social media marketing for restaurants in Miami or anywhere else, it all comes down to 2 things: You’re only as good as the last dish you put out the window while also being judged by those who receive such (guests) and subsequent feedback. And if you can execute on the food along with customer service it’s hard to lose.
Meanwhile, how do you get people to experience the magic of an epic restaurant or destination in the first place then leave happy with an itch to return? A combination of social media marketing, SEO and ultimately understanding the big picture/data.
