Austin, Texas – Jotobags is the manufacturer and distributor of one-of-a-kind handbags and accessories which are handcrafted in Japan using contemporary kimono fabrics and patterns. The pieces will be showcased in booth #431 at the MSA Expo in Austin, TX from April 17-19, 2010.
Each handbag and table runner is the result of a collaborative effort by a group of artists, working to the highest standards of craftsmanship and design. Jotobags feature elegant designs, intricate patchwork and stunning fabric blends to create a timeless piece of textile art.
Jotobags and accessories are currently sold at several Frank Lloyd Wright establishments including: Fallingwater, Taliesin, Spring Green, Oak Park and Monona Terrace. Additionally, they are being sold through gift/gallery shops at: The Smithsonian, Canton Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Art, Japanese American National Museum, Pacific Asia Museum and the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Alberta, Canada
