Following up with the article I wrote last night titled Woodland Hills Social Media & SEO Shindig – Anyone Local?, I am pleased to announce that the 8lb. pork shoulder smoked for around 9 hours and came out delicious! I’m sure everyone in Topanga Canyon could smell it.
Please find photos of the aftermath below. I used half of the pork shoulder for pulled pork sammies and the other half for sliced pork. I happen to like both, it just depends on the day.
