Sheldon Yellen, the CEO of BELFOR, the world’s largest disaster restoration company, has gone undercover…Undercover Boss that is.

According to a CBS press release, the boss “goes undercover and becomes frustrated while struggling to hang drywall at a construction site. Also, the boss unexpectedly reveals himself while working alongside an employee, on UNDERCOVER BOSS, Sunday, Jan. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.”

Being an entrepreneur and founder of numerous businesses, I love watching Undercover Boss as it keeps me in touch with reality. When companies grow to a certain size, there’s an extreme disconnect between executives and employees, which paves the way for ignorance, inefficiency, and as we’ve seen in past episodes of Undercover Boss, difficult working conditions with lack of supplies/support. Undercover Boss is here to change that.
