After much anticipation, BMW fans throughout the world are ecstatic to hear that the 560-hp M6 Gran Coupe has hit the streets. To celebrate a new member of the M family, BMW of North America launched a Tumblr page, called M Universe or M/Universe, which provides a platform for M enthusiasts to share photos of their vehicles.
What’s most interesting is how BMW is taking the initiative to become one of the most social media friendly automotive manufacturers. Ford has done an excellent job with Scott Monty at the helm, though BMW is on a mission to not only be the Ultimate Driving Machine, but also become the Ultimate Social Media Marketing Machine. Kudos!
