There are times in life when you have to make a change then cross your fingers and hope for the best, and over 10 years ago we took that step to move our operations from Beverly Hills to calling Calabasas home and never looked back. Simply said, there’s something magical happening and it’s exciting to be a part of that early on and now.
Going back in time even 15-20 years ago, the West Valley (Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Woodland Hills, etc.) wasn’t on most peoples’ radar yet today it’s a hotspot with the Los Angeles Rams building a headquarters along with other developments and a variety of people from all walks of life deciding to live in nature and a true community versus the hustle and bustle of typical LA life. Quite frankly, after growing up in the heart of LA we were over it.
What’s most interesting is how the bubble is starting to expand in a variety of ways particularly when it comes to who lives in the neighborhood – it’s not just stereotypical families but also a blend of celebrities, entrepreneurs and all sorts of eccentric people you’ll run into while grabbing food at The Commons and other local spots.
On our end, we’re continuing to push the boundaries by guiding those in the neighborhood as well as global companies ranging from hedge funds to Fortune 500s, funded startups and all sorts of other cool projects. Though we’ll always call Calabasas home.
