There are three things I enjoy at every Super Bowl gathering: the game, the food, and the commercials. And when it comes to food, I found a very interesting statistic that scores a major touchdown for vegetables.

As many of you readers know, I’m a diehard car fanatic and have had a few race cars over the years. Prior to The Brainchild Group, I was Marketing Director for two automotive performance companies: one that manufactures/distributes aftermarket parts and another that writes performance software for European cars and exotics. When it comes to modifying a car, I know my stuff.

The holiday season is here! It’s time to celebrate with friends, family, colleagues and neighbors. And, being the foodie I have always been, my idea of celebration is whipping up some awesome dishes that will amaze guests.

If you’re a foodie like me, and a BBQ fanatic, you are probably sitting at home crying right now. Well, that’s unless you were fortunate enough to attend the Holy Grail of BBQ goodness — the Lexington BBQ Festival in Lexington, North Carolina.

Following up with the article I wrote last night titled Woodland Hills Social Media & SEO Shindig – Anyone Local?, I am pleased to announce that the 8lb. pork shoulder smoked for around 9 hours and came out delicious! I’m sure everyone in Topanga Canyon could smell it.

Ladies and gentleman, after writing numerous articles on Geico’s awesome advertising campaigns, I was startled to see a Geico lizard lookalike staring me down in the garden while I was trimming plants like an old hippie. Who let him in? Was he going to speak to me? Or, worst case scenario, did I have a stalking lacertilia on my hands?
